Professional Development 

This site is a collection of stories and reflections as I work toward finding my place in the professional world. I have been shocked at how long this process has taken me, how long it continues to take me. I know I am not alone in this experience.

I have been clear on why I make professional choices as I make them. However, in hindsight it is more obvious where I've made things harder for myself than I needed to; going back to school when I could have challenged programs given the education I already had, volunteering instead of getting myself to a comfortable financial space, spending months getting licensed in one county only to turn around and do it again one county over.

This site is my way of turning those choices into something that doesn't feel like a waste, or a setback, especially as I continue to feel out of control of where I will ultimately land.
